I'm at 149.5 now. Ive actually gained some weight since this time last week, then re-lost it to get back to this point. Stupid eating habits. Anywho, my goal is to be 140 before Sept 28th, since that's when I'll be in B'ham again. I should be able to do it...
I've had a rough week, so I've binged several times and I havent kept up with points all week (I have watched what I ate, and most of its been healthy- with the exception of maybe a brownie or a couple of bites of something so not in "diet". I just ate too much of it. The only day I ate absolutely nothing healthy was monday when I ate three pieces of pizza, and junk food all day...) I still have managed to loose 2 1/2 pounds this week, not sure how, I just did. Though I'm sure the running has helped. This time last week I weighed 153.5 and as of this morning I weighted 151. Impressive. :)
Ok, I started this thing at 160 (ok, I think I weighed like 163 but hey, I started counting at 160- though with 163 I feel better about how much I've lost) and I'm down to 154. I only lost 1 pound last week, and thats becaus I was very good about my WW diet in the beginning of the week, and Thursday I stuck pretty close to it until the going away party some family friends threw for my brother, and I stuck pretty close to it on Friday untill my Dad's b-day party that night. and on Saturday I didn't care. But Sunday I stuck to it and today I discovered I sill had lost a pound, but only a pound. I had lost 3 the week before, so I've only lost 4 of the 10 I'm trying to loose by the end of the month. Hmmm. I guess four isnt bad, but it isnt great either.
